Training Concept

Whether you´re an experienced fitness enthusiast, a beginner, or somewhere in the middle, my programs are specifically designed to help you remain healthy and active Lifestyle.

All too often trainers and individuals train for "right now" with little or no consideration of how it may affect them or their client´s long term. This can lead to long term shoulder, knee, and other debilitating joint issues.

Using basic movement screens, functional training concepts, and a therapeutic approach to exercise I will develop a program for you that is both safe and effective. Most importantly, help you remain active through all stages of your life.

Personal Training


Working with you, I will develop a program specifically designed to help you reach your goals. Whether post therapy, weigt loss, sport specific training, or general strength and conditioning, personal training sessions are developed around client centered results.


Post Rehabilitation Conditioning


Due to cost, most insurance companies stop paying for physical therapy after 8 to 12 weeks. This can be far sooner than you are ready for. Forcing you to either pay out of pocket for expensive therapy, or worse stop all together. At less than half the cost of a physical therapy, I will work directly with your physical therapist to help you continue to make progress toward an active and healthy lifestyle.

 

Weight Loss


The biggest factor for weight loss is diet. However, the current trend are fad diets and a constant roller coaster ride of weight loss and weight gain with most gaining back more than they lost. Weight loss and being healthy is a lifestyle choice, not an instant fix. I will assist you in setting realistic and healthy weight loss goals. In addition, we will work together to develop a program that will not only help you lose weight but make choices and create habits that will last a lifetime.
